What we do, and what belongs to the authority
Since the end of the transitional periods, a crypto-asset service provider needs a MiCA authorisation to serve clients in the European Union. The class of the authorisation follows the services: custody, exchange, transfer, advice, portfolio management or a trading platform, each with its own minimum capital.
We prepare the full application — programme of operations, governance, ICT and DORA framework, custody and segregation, AML and Travel Rule — file it and answer the competent authority. Outside the EU, the same work is done for VARA in Dubai, the FSRA in Abu Dhabi or a Swiss SRO.
Good to know before you start
- Minimum capital runs from €50,000 to €150,000 depending on the CASP class.
- ICT and DORA requirements apply from the application onwards.
- No time to approval is announced: the decision belongs to the authority.
Licences we prepare
Fees for preparing and filing, excluding VAT. The authority's own fees and the capital are not fees.

How it works
- Scoping call
We check the activity, the market and the people, and name the licence that fits.
- Firm quote
A written quote with the fees and what they cover, before anything is signed.
- Identity check
Owners, directors and key people are verified before any work on the file.
- Application file
Programme of operations, financial plan, policies and governance, written with you.
- Filing and questions
We file the application and answer the authority's questions round after round.
- Decision
The authority decides. We stay on the file until the decision and the first obligations after it.
